Managed Print Services Managed Print Services

MANAGED PRINT SERVICES

So what is a Managed Print Service? The definition according to Gartner, the world's leading technology research and advisory company, is below

MPS (Managed Print Service)
A Gartner generic term for a service offered by an external provider to optimize or manage a company’s document output to certain objectives, such as driving down costs, improving efficiency and productivity, and keeping information secure. In a MPS, the service provider takes primary responsibility for meeting the customer’s office printing needs, including the printing equipment, the supplies, the service and overall management of the printer fleet.

With an Agile Office Systems Managed Print Service you will get all those benefits plus much more.

The Benefits

Evolve

Stage 1. Take a step back and look at the current situation. Identify the volumes, the costs, the devices. Create an in depth view of the current status and understand the requirements, the bottlenecks, the good and the bad.

Stage 3. Is where the planning turns into action. Following project management best practices we will transition you to your optimised state and following a detailed implementation plan. Potential risks to success are identified and managed out of the process.

Stage 2. Generate the future state design. By understanding your document needs we can create a vision of the optimised infrastructure and create a plan of how to get there. We will develop a Print Strategy and a Print Policy document which are your blueprints for the future.

Stage 4. Is when the project goes Live. The implementation process is signed of and the service moves into a management phase, the fleet has been optimised, savings measured and the service is now "business as usual".

Stage 5. While the service is in the Live phase, detailed information is collected, usages, service levels, peaks and trends. This information can be moved back into the Analyse phase and can be used to create a continual improvement, making slight adjustments to fine tune the service. Agile keeping you agile.
